“Photo sharing is the publishing or transfer of a user’s digital photos online.” Installing Zemanta will facilitate photo sharing activities. Copyright issues are resolved when you use Zemanta photos. Tagging is an important part of uploading your personal photos into your posts.

Capturing good images on your digital camera, iPad or smart phone will inspire you to write. If you have interesting photos, it is relatively easy to create an interesting You Tube video that you can incorporate into a multimedia presentation. Use photos to create an introduction, climax and conclusion for every story you write.

Bring your camera with you wherever you go. It has been my experience with my Vino con Vista Travel Guides that I need to shoot many photos of my subject just to get a few good shots. I try to take close-ups as well as panoramas. I try to stay out of direct light.

Learn about all of the features of your digital camera. I love my Sony Cyber Shot even though it has many features that I have ever used. My iPad 2 takes great pictures and videos outdoors but without a flash, the quality and resolution of the indoor shots is not as good as the pictures that I shoot with my digital camera. After I take my pictures, I immediately load them into organized folders on my computer so that I  can quickly access them for my blog posts. Then I store them in Picasso because it is easy to edit them in that program. I  purchased an external drive to store all of my pictures because I was running out of space on my computer. I never delete the photos on my camera chips. I just buy new chips.

I find it easier to tell a story with good images than without any images at all. You can also edit you photos with Photoshop. Make your cropping tool your newest best friend. Organize your photos in specific folders on your computer to keep them organized for future use.

Photos and videos will enhance your SEO efforts and your digital reputation. Never use not use other people’s photos without their permission. Do not post other photos of people in your pictures on the Internet without their permission.
