Phoebe Green has shared ‘Rage of a Kid’, the opening song from forthcoming EP ‘The Container’ (out on 21 March via The Green Dream Machine).
Blending a fragile, fractured electronica beauty with elements of London Grammar, Air and Imogen Heap, this subtly stirring song finds Phoebe healing from past trauma and suppressed emotions (‘I’m pushing 30, still feeling 15’) and embracing anger’s role in the healing process: ‘I never knew what I was feeling ‘till feeling’s all I did. I kicked and cried and took a bite, consumed by the rage of a kid’.
