Phaedra Parks Has Put Her Atlanta Mansion Back On The Market
It looks like Phaedra Parks is trying to unload her Atlanta mansion again, this time she’s lowered the price.

The ex RHOA star purchased the Buckhead home four years ago, when she was married to Apollo Nida and receiving a Real Housewives of Atlanta check.

Phaedra placed the house on Zillow “For Lease” back in July for $10,566 a month, then took it down after media outlets got wind of it.

The house was also listed “For Sale” over the summer for $1.499 million.

Parks, who has another Atlanta home, is now attempting to sell the house for $1.195 million.

The home, which the Reality TV star often filmed her RHOA scenes in, was purchased for $845,000, and is 4,453 square feet.

Here are some pics of the French Provincial home from Truila:

An area we never got to see on RHOA, was the backyard, which features a long design swimming pool.

The home also features a gorgeous library with built in shelves, a wet bar and a fireplace.

The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances with French Country style cabinets; in the center there is a large island with dark stained cabinets and the stove.

The large kitchen includes gorgeous dark colored granite throughout and a huge bay window overlooking the backyard.

With two small children at home, and her $1.3 million salary from RHOA gone, we think this is a smart move.
