This was my first stop when I arrived in Cologne, but for no other reason then it was few metres from my hotel and it was raining. Pfaffen Kölsch was similar to many other Kölsch, which means it was very drinkable and served in a 20cl measure. Pfaffen Brauerei is quite small and intimate. there are a few high tables at which to stand and have a Kölsch plus tables at which to eat. There are also a couple of tables outside for smokers.
