KIND OF ADDICTED TO RUNNING SHOES. When you do a lot of running its quite important to replace your sneakers once in a while, unless you want problems with your knees, back or other stuff.. SO, for the last couple of years I`ve been using shoes from Newton. I`ve been very happy with the model Newton sneakers so instead of trying something else, I did it the easy way and bought what I knew was great sneakers. But when I forgot my Newtons in Trondheim this christmas, I decided to try something new. I ended up with the gel-Kayano 18 model, from Asics. Im very pleased ! Definitely made for running, hehe.
