Perfect Burger By Joel for Fame Box Web Chef

There is an ongoing online cooking competition on Fame Box Web Chef where you can see some of the best recipes, food cooked by Amateur chefs from all over India. I was being asked to submit a video on my signature dish Mutton Biryani quite some time back which i never did, so i was quite surprised when they asked me to judge some videos and select one which i feel is different and unique and host it on my Blog. That i could do so after seeing all the videos which were allotted to me from them  , which i admit all were very very good and well shot, ( thank god i did not upload mine ) I  came across this guy Joel D'Souza who is cooking a mean mutton burger , my favorite with a healthy twist.  Instead of regular sizes , he is making the patty in a bite size which can be a hit in parties and instead of regular buns, using tomatoes , very healthy. So when you watch the video, firstly its made very professionally, which attracts me and the end product leaves you drooling and last but not the least Joel has got a certain amount of confidence and he adds a nice charm and character to the whole video thing.
