People Upset at Parks Canada Fence Blocking View of St. John's Harbour

Upset park goers want to remove a new fence on St. John’s Signal Hill, which Parks Canada put up to prevent traffic accidents and to improve the experience of paying guests watching plays and historical reenactments in a nearby field.
