PEACH BREAD
Life in the South; a favorite family activity is picking fresh peaches from the local peach orchard
DIRECTIONS
Butter cream; gradually add the sugar, mixing well.
Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Mix the next 5 ingredients; add to creamed mixture alternately with peaches, beginning and ending with flour mixture.
Add the orange juice concentrate and vanilla.
Pour batter into greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Leave to cool in the mold for 10 minutes.
Remove from loaf pan and let cool completely.
