Paul George Los Angeles Clippers and longtime girlfriend Daniela Rajic sell their Hidden hills mansion, reports Dirt.com. The huge property has almost 16,000 square feet of indoor living space and is located in the most exclusive area of Hidden Hills, the celebrity-filled area known as Ashley Ridge.

Perhaps that is why the asking price of the house is very close to $ 9.5 million, although it is quite an impressive property no matter where it is located. It has seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, as well as many additional amenities, such as a games room, a home theater, a gym (with steam shower!), A wine cellar and a room called " master retreat ", which itself includes a two-sided fireplace and in the bathroom the rare comfort of a special bathroom sofa.

At the rear, there are also many recreational features on the property. Naturally, there is a large basketball court, but also an outdoor "entertainment patio" with fireplace and, when your guests are bored of watching a roaring fire, a television. The obligatory pool and spacious lawns complete the property, which also has plenty of space for al fresco dining.

In official marketing documents, the property has been described as "a truly personalized estate with panoramic pastoral views", with a high level of privacy due to its secluded location, which makes the area such an attractive location for celebrities - whoever ends up moving into this mansion will count YouTuber Jeffree Star, Jessica Simpson, John Stamos, power torque Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade, and even a few Kardashians among their new neighbors. And the recently retired Dodgers broadcaster Vin Scully is said to own the property next door.

You can take a look at the property in the video below from Luxury View Media, posted in 2015, the year before George took it.

Celebrity real estate enthusiasts probably aren't surprised that George decided to list this house because last year, he and Rajic paid a raised $ 16 million for more central home in Pacific Palisades.
