This one is delicious!
25ml Disaronno
25ml vodka
75ml Passion Fruit puree
1tsp fresh lemon juice
Put all the ingredients into a shaker with plenty of ice. Shake. Pour into chilled martini glass.
I have to say this one went down very well with me and was a hit with friends too. Lovely flavours and perfect sweet/sour for my liking. Hope you enjoy it as much!
