The intriguing person behind the anonymous NFT artist Pak has been identified as Paris Hilton, an American singer, and entrepreneur. Pak currently has the distinction of selling the most expensive NFT ever. They set a record when they sold ‘The Merge’ for $91.8 million in December. Elon Musk, for example, is one of his fans.
Paris Hilton has taken up the mantle of Pak. “My Twitter handle is @muratpak,” she wrote last week. Hilton is most likely faking it if the recent trend of high-profile celebrities pretending to be significant NFT characters is any indication.
Snoop Dogg, Sia, and now Paris Hilton have all joined the ranks of Snoop Dogg.
This isn’t the first time a well-known person has “outed” themselves as the owner of anonymous, high-powered NFT accounts. Snoop Dogg is most likely the originator of the trend. The legendary rapper claimed ownership of the @CozomoMedici Twitter account in September 2021. In his tweet, he simply said, “I am @CozomoMedici.”
Cozomo Medici, an NFT tycoon and Twitter influencer with over 230,000 followers, is now an NFT tycoon and Twitter influencer. They have a number of NFTs worth millions of dollars, including those that are exceedingly rare. On the list, there are many Bored Apes, Mutant Apes, and CryptoPunks. Yam Karkai’s initial 1/1 NFTs from the World of Women have also been obtained from him.
Several media reports, on the other hand, highlighted how this could not be true. For example, Medici previously published a selfie with Jason Derulo on Lake Como in Italy. Medici disguised himself as a White man while their faces were hidden. Furthermore, the man in the picture was shorter than Derulo, who stood at 5’10”. Snoop Dogg, on the other hand, is well over 6 feet tall. Furthermore, as seen by their tweets, Snoop and Cozomo were often in different nations at the same time.
Last month, Sia, an Australian singer-songwriter, claimed to be the person behind Bianca ‘de Medici’s account. Bianca is the “Granddaughter of @cozomomedici,” it seems. “My username is @BiancaMedici69,” Sia tweeted at the time, similar to Paris Hilton and Snoop Dogg.
