One thing I could never understand is those who have children old enough to walk yet still continue to push them around in baby strollers. These kids that I see are too big to be riding around in these strollers.
I was in the home of a lady quite a few years ago whose six-year-old daughter walked around the home in her mother’s over-sized high heel shoes (as children often do in play dress up), still drinking out of a baby bottle.

As I sat talking to her mother on the sofa, the little girl took off a soiled diaper she wore to hand it over to the woman then addressed, “Mommy my diaper is wet”.
The mother excused herself to get the girl a fresh pamper and, that is when I got up to leave.
If a child is old enough to walk around in heels to bring you their wet diaper it is definitely the time they need to be using the toilet.
My mother had me potty-trained at about two to three years of age or sooner. She could not wait to get me out of diapers!
I am not at all stereotyping, but whenever I observe these actions they are mostly done by white people. The lady with the daughter was Indian. I have never seen black people do this. Not at all saying there are none who haven’t if so, it is not very common among blacks.
With some maybe they have the mentality of not wanting their children to grow up too fast.
With others it could be laziness, or a behavior control issue, where instead of the hassle of having their child walk, they are easier handled by spoiling them with a usual stroller-ride past the age they should be.
