Senegal striker Papiss Demba Cisse, playing for Newcastle United, electrified the Premiership last season. In just 17 appearances he netted 13 times. And his long-range swerving shot versus Chelsea was voted BBC goal of season.

Cisse has been able to translate his red-hot club form into international success. In Senegal’s African Cup of Nations qualifier against African giants Ivory Coast, Cisse scored a long-range headed goal which is nothing short of sensational. It the sort of thing even German heading legend Oliver Bierhoff would be proud of.

Which is better? Cisse’s thunderbolt against Chelsea or his thumping header for Senegal? Leave a comment and let us know your thoughts.
