Panic As Youths Kill Man Found With Mkpuru Mmiri In Imo

Darlington Ugboaja, a 27-year-old man, has been killed.

The person was overwhelmed to loss of life at Anara market in Imo state, after an area drug, Methamphetamine, however popularly generally known as Mkpurummiri, was discovered on him.

The event has precipitated panic available on the market as treaders who out of concern of a reprisal assault from the sufferer's kinsmen hurriedly shot their stalls.

A supply who doesn't wish to be talked about, informed our correspondent that the sufferer misplaced consciousness whereas some youths have been administrating jungle justice on him and he was pronounced lifeless when rushed to a hospital for a revival.

The deceased kinsman, Kingsley Onyewuenyi, informed our correspondent that Ezihe group was saddened by the loss of life of Ugboaja.

When contacted, the police spokesperson for the command, Micheal Abattam, informed our correspondent that the incident had not been reported at any police station within the state.
