Paligroup, founded in 1998 by Avi Brosh, designs, develops and operates one-of-a-kind residential, mixed-use, and hospitality properties.
In West Hollywood California, they manage Palihouse Holloway, a boutique urban lodge with 36 studios, suites, and loft-style residences. It also boasts of a roof deck, a courtyard brasserie, a private dining room, café, and lobby lounge.
Early next year, around February, a new Paligroup property will rise - the Palihotel on Melrose Avenue. This property will have about 32 rooms with chic elements merged with European sensibilities. It will also feature Palikitchen, a charming café, which will be serving breakfast, lunch and dinner in a casual atmosphere. When it comes to relaxation, there will also be a seven-bed Thai massage spa and a salon open to hotel guests and the public alike.
Down south in Miami, Paligroup is managing Hotel St Augustine, but it will not be branded a Palihotel property until later next year.
