How To Make Phul Gobi With Peppers
Cauliflower is such a healthy vegetable to have in your fridge. This great dish is perfect to enjoy as a main meal or as a side with a meat curry.

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 3 finger pinch turmeric
- 1 cauliflower (broken into florets)
- Salt
- 2 green chillies
- 3 peppers (1 green, 1 yellow and 1 red, cut into strips, cored and seeded)
Method
- Fry the onion in a pan till soft in oil.
- Add turmeric and cook for 1 minute.
- Add cauliflower and salt and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add chillies and peppers and cook for a further 5 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
