Paleo Indian “Breads” Recipe – Paleo Paratha

Ingredients


  • 1 cup Tapioca flour
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • Some salt
  • Coconut oil to grease pan

Method


  1. Mix the flours and the coconut milk and salt in a bowl to form a  batter.
  2. Divide this into 12 portions and cook on a frying pan on low-medium heat until bottoms get firm slightly.
  3. Layer these into stacks of three so you you end up with 4 layered Parathas and place in the preheated oven at 350 F for 30 minutes.
  4. Enjoy!
