Paleo Indian “Bread” Recipe – Paleo Chapati

  • 1 cup Tapioca flour
  • 1 cup flaxseed meal
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • Salt to taste


  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Divide into 4 portion using cups, a little less than a cup per portion.
  2. Scoop a portion onto a preheated non stick pan over a medium heat using a spoon to spread the batter to form a circle.
  3. Once batter firms up after around 2 minutes, flip the chapati over to cook the other side.
  4. Cook the other portions. Enjoy with your favorite curry.
