How To Make Paleo Chapati

Ingredients
- 1 cup Tapioca flour
- 1 cup flaxseed meal
- 2 cups coconut milk
- Salt to taste
Method
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Divide into 4 portion using cups, a little less than a cup per portion.
- Scoop a portion onto a preheated non stick pan over a medium heat using a spoon to spread the batter to form a circle.
- Once batter firms up after around 2 minutes, flip the chapati over to cook the other side.
- Cook the other portions. Enjoy with your favorite curry.
