Off to Napa tomorrow for the Thanksgiving holiday, and I could not be more excited to relax, drink good wine, eat the best food in the world (yep, I said it), and take in the spectacular scenery. My musts (and I really am packing these items or similar!)…

For those of you that don’t know, my parents live in Napa (I know, lucky me, right???) and this year, our dear friends are joining us for this little holiday escape. On the post-Thanksgiving agenda for the weekend: flights of sparkling wine at Mumm, a Dean & Deluca picnic lakeside at Chateau Montelena, a private tasting at Reynolds Family Winery, a jaunt over to Ram’s Gate Winery, and some shopping of gourmet goods in the Oxbow Market. Living the good life for a few days, that is for sure!
