The restaurants interior boasts an authentic amalgam of styles with vintage knickknacks, hand-blown lighting instillations, historically tiled bathrooms and a truly cosy, homely feel. Yasuji Morizumi, the first Michelin starred Ramen chef, designed the menu with comfort and flavor in mind producing a delectable experience for the senses. Speaking about his menu choices Morizumi says:

“Pacata is a new concept in London dining. It is bringing the essence of Asian street food to the Lanes of London. The menu needed to really grasp the palate of the discerning Londoner while adding an authentic Asian tang.” – Yasuji Morizumi.

Filled with thoroughly researched and styled Asian meals that showcase the simplest and most desirable Asian dishes. Must tries include:

Pacata Pasta – a Thai style squid ink Tagliatelle with spring onion, eggs, bean sprouts, Chinese tofu and prawns. A delectable textured pasta dish that is incredibly moreish. You’ll be suitably filled but still wanting more!

Seared Sea Bass with a choice of Green curry, Massaman curry or Japanese curry. Sautéed French beans, mushrooms, tomato, and Jasmine rice or fries. The prince of fish, sea bass is quickly seared to hold in its moist texture and added to a spicy curry. Outstanding.

Beef Yakiniku - a premium stir-fry beef served with Naan bread, a true Thai sharing meal, that invited intimacy in both flavor and delectation.

Improve your experience further with carefully selected cocktails created to perfectly accompany the dishes. The cocktail menu is just as authentic as the food, staying true to its oriental roots and with a hint of Singha here and there for flavor.  Much of the extensive cocktail menu is infused with the wonder beer, very on trend for the season and a must try for a chilled out evening.

Over two floors, Pacata has an intimate 55 maximum capacity, with the perfect space for private dining or smaller parties in the basement and plenty of nooks for privacy on the ground floor. Pacata will be opening their door for a quick Asian breakfast, take-out and eat-in lunches, leisurely evening meals with cocktails and special occasion parties.
