Galvin Brasserie de luxe to launch Oyster happy hour
From Monday 3rd July Oyster lovers will be able to indulge their passion for a cheaper price. Galvin Brasserie de Luxe, in Edinburgh, are launching a new Oyster Happy Hour which will run Monday to Friday from 6-7pm.
The dining room's central seafood bar will be offering deliciously fresh oysters for £1 a shuck every weekday between 6 and 7pm.
Pick yourself a seat at the bar and relax with a selection of fresh oysters served on ice with accompanying shallot vinegar, lemon and tabasco. Delicious served with champagne or a cocktail.
