Oxblood Hotpants

Leather Jacket: Topshop, Printed T-Shirt: River Island, Oxblood Velvet Hotpants: River Island, Leather Bag: Topshop, Patent Boots: Primark, Fur Snood: Primark, Sunglasses: Ray-Ban

Looking at these photographs they make me feel like I'm on holiday. After taking some shots, I bumped into a friend who has got a boat docked in the harbour, so off I trotted on deck! It was such a great experience. The last few days I haven't been able to wear any eye make-up due to a poorly eye. I find I look weird without it as I always do my eyes mega black with plenty of eyeshadow, eyeliner and lashings of mascara. I think it's good to try and have make-up free days sometimes to allow your skin to breath. I have to say I embraced the minimal fresh look however I'm very much looking forward to being my normal self again tomorrow. So in these snaps I hid behind my raybans, but then again I had the perfect excuse as it was incredibly sunny. I have been meaning to share my recent purchases from River Island, so here are two. I am such a fan of the oxblood color and think it looks great with blacks and greys. These velvet hotpants are such a great color and they also come in black. The tee is just another printed tee but I quite like the black henna hand print. You can never have too many white t-shirts. Now if I remember rightly pretty much every girl owned one of these Topshop bags during their school days? I remember a few and they came in some great colours. The last few weeks I have been on the search for a russian hat and I am happy to say I have found one.
