Owner of 8chan Lashes out in Video Statement, is Summoned to U.S. Congress

Jim Watkins, the current owner of website 8chan, issued a statement via YouTube on the website’s inability to surface back online to mainstream audiences and was summoned to U.S. Congress to answer questions about the site’s content in a letter Tuesday.
