Outfit: This Dress Was Made for Twirling

 This dress is from my October Golden Tote and I couldn't be more happy about it.Not only is it a great layering piece for fall through spring, but it's a great twirling dress as well!
You know the kind, you put it on and all you want to do is spin in it.
