I saw this dress on Nicole from Frankie Hearts Fashion and knew I NEEDED to own it asap! How amazing is the fringe front?! I paired it with my studded clutch and studded wedges. Since it was 92 degrees this day, a top knot was all I could stand. Anyone else longing for fall? I know, I know, I love summer too, but fall is by far my favorite! ;)
