Outfit: Black & White and Blue All Over

I'm finally starting to dress again now the my surgery scars are healing but I still can't put pants on comfortably.
I decided to wear my stripe dress but to mix it up I layered a great graphic tee over. To finish the look off I added my denim jacket, blue fringe bag, and studded ankle boot.
