Gosh, this weekend turned out totally different than expected! This is something I wore last week though, when I was in a happier place and super happy in my new super cool top. Hastag happy. Not just before this weekend’s storm though (and luckily every storm passes), because it’s also before a good time to come! I really have my hopes up that summer will arrive next week! Which means more shorts, more sheer, and doesn’t sunshine make everyone happier?
Back to the top: I was really impressed by 3.1 Phillip Lim’s SS13 collection which was all about grunge and pieces with cool details like leopard sleeved sweaters, a gorgeous floral bag, tropical printed texts and Nueva York tees, especially this partly sheer and silk one. It was my favorite piece of the collections and I’m so happy I got it, it has the perfect balance between cool oversized tee and sexy sheer and then it shows a bit of love for my favorite city in the world. I knew immediately how I would wear it when I got it: with leather and denim and a cool pair of ankle boots, and then after that in a hundred other ways, of course. But this is it for now.
