The Traditional Robin - Amelie was most excited when I told her that seeing a Robin in your garden is supposed to mean that Christmas is coming!
Tree sparrows - after a big decline recently, these lovely little things are appearing more and more now Blackbirds Song thrushes And if we're really lucky we might just see the smallest British bird, the goldcrest. Amelie put her birdhouse in the garden, we used some wild bird seed to attract them and had lots of fun watching the birds come and go! Amelie also had hours of fun planting her alien invasion kit, and we then ventured outside to do some chalk dolly drawings by drawing around our bodies and colouring in the "dollies" and dressing them how we wanted! We have really enjoyed making the effort to get outdoors more, and take more of an interest in nature and I will try to make sure that we keep this up! What are your favorite outdoor activities? Have you seen any unusual birds in your garden lately? As always, I'd love to hear from you! If you enjoy reading my blog, please consider following me on Bloglovin HERE
