Our Last Word on #WorldPoetryDay
Here was my most memorable moment on this World Poetry Day in 2016. In London.
As I took the photograph this is what he said.*  Said to no one. And to everyone.
“Hello.
Good evening.
Please save my sanity.”
I think that’s a poem. If poems come from the heart. And go to the heart.
A London poem.
A London haiku.
*It was said cheerfully enough. And not enough.
A London Walk costs £10 – £8 concession. To join a London Walk, simply meet your guide at the designated tube station at the appointed time. Details of all London Walks can be found at www.walks.com.
