The origin story of Captain America and how a man who was never good enough becomes the hero the world needed.

My Pick 

Mace – Sunshine (2007) 

I could easily have gone with a comic book character because he has been in plenty but I have picked this one because Mace is one of the most natural characters in sci-fi film history. He starts off coming off a jerk but deep down all he wants to the complete the mission.
