Orange Chocolate Cupcakes From Juli Jacklin

Some love chocolate with everything. Some people enjoy chocolate only its own or with other chocolate. Others dislike chocolate with citrus. I prefer chocolate with lime, but not so much with lemon or orange. However these orange chocolate cupcakes made by Juli Jacklin are making me reconsider. She used Brach's mandarin slices which is a favorite candy of my aunt Theresa.
