In the near future, the leading NFT marketplace, Opensea, is scheduled to integrate Solana NFT and add wallet compatibility for Phantom Wallet (the most used SOL wallet currently). This is huge news for multiple reasons:
1) Opensea would be the first exchange to allow for the purchase and sale of SOL and ETH NFTs.
2) Opensea is the most popular NFT marketplace in terms of volume. The addition of Solana NFTs could result in an expansion of the already massive market for Solana NFTs.
3) This is a significant step toward establishing a marketplace for all NFTs on any blockchain.
Opensea has not confirmed the rumors. However, there is a possibility that we will learn more about this in the near future… Therefore, keep an eye out for it!
