Ontario SPCA asks for public's help while investigating three deceased dogs


The Ontario SPCA (OSPCA) is reaching out to the public for help in Elgin County, Ontario to locate the owner of three dogs found deceased and wrapped in plastic wrap.
"The OSPCA is urging anyone who may have information on who these dogs belonged to, or the owners themselves, to come forward and contact the Society," Senior Inspector Jennifer Bluhm said...
