Oneplus Nord CE 2 Lite has been confirmed to be launched in India on April 28 with Oneplus 10R which is widely reported and also Nord Sound. Even though there was a lot of excitement around 10R, the star of this event was expected to be Nord CE 2 Lite and it was because the segment aimed at serving. If rumors are considered, Oneplus Nord CE 2 will come to be priced under the RS 20,000.
In the past years, Oneplus is targeted to dominate the premium market in India but with the introduction of the Nord series by 2020, the focus is partly shifted to an affordable category. OnePlus has offered several products under the Nord series, but the upcoming Nord CE 2 Lite will be the first time under the price category of Rs 20,000.
It’s been a long time since the smartphone manufacturer announced a very affordable phone. The last is Oneplus One, back in 2017. As the name suggests, Nord CE 2 Lite is likely to be the Nord CE 2 version, which is currently available at the initial price of Rs 23,999. Reports show that the upcoming Nord cellphones will begin at Rs 19,999 for the basic model with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The top-end model is expected to be packed with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.
Even though the company hasn’t confirmed too much detail about Oneplus Nord CE 2 Lite, rumors already have almost everything. Considering prices, the phone will aim to take people like Samsung Galaxy M33 5G, Redmi Note 11 Pro Plus, Realm 9 5G and more.
Oneplus Nord CE 2 Lite was searched for coming up with the use of full-HD + A 6.58 inches with 120Hz refresh speed and pieces of holes. Under the tent, it is expected to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor combined with RAM up to 8GB and 128GB of internal storage, with support for storage that can be expanded through a microSD card. On the software front, the cellphone will run on Android 11 based Oxygenos custom outside the box.
In the case of the camera, Lite Oneplus Nord CE 2 is likely to include a triple camera system on the rear panel consisting of a 64 megapixel primary lens, a 2 megapixel macro and mono lens. On the front, cellphones are expected to enter a 16 megapixel image sensor for selfies and video calls.
In addition, smartphone manufacturers will announce Oneplus 10R and the first audio product under the Nord Series nicknamed the Nord Sound at the event scheduled for later this month.
