Nollywood actor Joseph Daniels has revealed how his partnership with late actor Jnr. Pope in a movie won him a series of awards, while also stating the impact he had in Nollywood before his demise.
In a video that was posted on the official Instagram page JosephDanilesofficial, he made it known that one of his movies, in which he featured Jnr. Pope, cost him 13 million naira in 2010 and that he won five awards for the movie.
In his statement, he said, “When I was producing, I was the biggest producer in Warri, and the two biggest movies I have ever produced in my life featured Jnr. Pope in them.
“One of my movies cost me 13 million naira in 2010, I featured Jnr. Pope, and I won 5 awards.
“I was really hoping that Jnr. Pope would become famous with the movie, and since I came to Asaba, I have worked with him, and I kept asking why we hadn’t worked together again, but he just laughed.”..……See More
