Chef Michael Swamy is a Gourmand Award Winner in 2012 for his book ‘The East Indian Kitchen’, who took his expertise further, to be the food consultant for Master Chef India for Season 1 & 2. The Pairing and the food served was out of the world and we really enjoyed the evening .
