One Dress, Different Styles

One Dress, Different Styles We all have that one dress that we can wear almost every day. “It makes me look thinner”, “This dress makes me look taller”, or you simply love it and it is your favorite. However, we may want to wear that dress every now and then, some of you are afraid of someone noticing (in your selfies) that you already wore that dress a couple of times already. I am not ashamed to wear a repeated outfit, because come on, even Kate Middleton does! I may have learned a few tips here and there the best way to repeat outfits without anyone noticing.

Accessories It might be a little overrated, but it does the trick. Like, all the time! Simply add a statement belt, necklace, or hats and you’re good to go. Those accessories will take the attention away from your dress, believe me.
Top it with Top Whether your favorite dress is a printed or a plain one, topping it off with a sweater, button-down/up shirt, or simply a tee will make a huge difference. Not just that the outfit will look new, but also very fashionable. Just make sure that you have a nice pair of shoes to go with it. Add some Attitude We definitely want to give a new impression here, so adding a little attitude with a leather jacket or a blazer that accentuates the shoulders is a rather nice choice. Who doesn’t want to look cool and classy at the same time anyway? See: http://www.promtimes.co.uk/evening-dresses.html
Hairstyle & Makeup This is the trickiest one, to be honest. You have to (always) remember what shade of lipstick or if your hair was down when you first worn your dress. Having your hair up or down makes a difference too. Look at Kate Middleton here. One Dress, Different Styles Yes, they are indeed the same dress, but the vibe is certainly different, right?
Now, you don’t have to be afraid of repeating outfits anymore. And I do hope that you really don’t to begin with, because it’s totally normal, girl. Let me know if you have any questions about this post and I’ll be more happy to help *wink*.
