To keep pollution levels under control, the use of electric vehicles must be increased – there is no disagreement about this ideology. Hence startup companies as well as mainstream companies are outlining their electric two-wheelers. Such as Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Private Limited or HMSI. The Japanese company has filed a patent in India for a pair of electric scooters named ‘Dax e:’ and ‘Zoomer e:’. As a result, there have been speculations about the possibility of launching two scooters in this country.
By design, both models are considered suitable for use in last-mile delivery. Earlier in its debut in other markets, the Honda Dax e:’ and ‘Zoomer e:’ will offer a range of 80 km on a single charge and can run at a speed of 25 km per hour. That is, because it is a low speed model, a license will not be required to drive it.

These electric scooters with unique and stunning designs are being brought in keeping in mind the buyers who prefer models of practicality. Both models offer single seats. These will be based on hub motors. Eco-friendly models will not require registration and registration.
Dax e: The model features a high-set handlebar, single circular headlamp, telescopic front suspension, disc break up front, alloy wheels, a tubular spine, single seat. The Honda Zoomer e on the other hand features an attractively designed external frame, two round headlamps, alloy wheels, disc brakes and dual sided rear coil spring suspension. Both electric scooters are claimed to run 80 kilometers on a full charge.
Honda has already started preparations for the launch of their first electric scooter in India. However, whether the Dax e: and Zoomer e: will indeed launch in India, is yet to be confirmed. As Honda’s first model, the electric version of the Activa may be launched in the country in 2024. Which will compete with Ola S1 Air, Ather 450X and TVS iQube.
