The Jinan High-tech science and technology cultural center designed by Santiago Parramón, RTA-Office is slated for completion in late 2012. The approximately 21,500 m2 facility is located in Shandong Province, China in proximity to the Yaoqiang International Airport as well as major high-speed train lines. The building sits to the rear of the site to create a public stage with access to the roadway.via
