After totally skipping any sort of real Fall or Winter season, its finally cooled down a bit here in NOLA. I actually wore a coat for the first time this Winter last week – crazy right? I’ve been living in this poncho since receiving it in the mail a couple of weeks ago, it’s super cozy and has been just perfect for the cooler weather we’ve been experiencing as of late. When I think about it, I’ve been living in pretty much every single one of these pieces for the past couple of weeks. I’ve probably worn this sleeveless layering turtleneck (only $38!) about 5 times in the past 2 weeks (kid you not), and I’ve been living in the OTK boots and bag. I vowed last year to only buy pieces that I love, and can see myself getting good wear out of, you know – the whole cost per wear thing. Glad to see myself starting out 2016 on that same note.
