I’m not going to lie, I don’t like it. I’m not sure why, I just know she could have done better. Lil’ Kim wore the shit out of that outfit back in the day, complete with nip slip. Over under 10 times Miley had a “nip slip” at whatever Halloween Party she went to last night? I say you take the over and become a rich, rich man.
