We are seeking an Office Coordinator with a vibrant personality to ensure the smooth running of our London office by providing administrative and secretarial support to the team.

Responsibilities
- Help to maintain the condition of the office
- Organise meeting rooms/travel and transport
- Arranging office activities and parties as requested / monthly.
- Coordinate the weekly food orders and office supplies
- Assist Management with various tasks
- Make sure the office is in full working order
- Manage cleaners and other office contractors.

- Willingness to learn new tools and develop second skills
- Comfortable with handling multiple tasks simultaneously and working in a fast-paced environment
