Story: Oddity starts when Ted Timmis (Lee) contacts psychic medium Darcy Odello (Bracken). Ted was previously married to Darcy’s sister Dani who was murdered in the home. Darcy wants to investigate what happened and Ted’s new partner Yana (Menton) doesn’t want her around.
As Darcy spends more time in the home, she uncovers the truth. However, Yana finds herself in the middle of the terror and what was behind the events of Dani’s death.

The movie follows a psychic medium who decides to investigate the death of her sister. She heads to the house she was murdered in, only for her to start uncovering a disturbing truth behind her murder.
Best Parts
We get creepy effective and shocking moments of horror. From the blink and you miss it reactions to the brutality behind the murder. The storytelling keeps you guessing and the overall sense that something is going to be important later in the movie shines through. We get brilliant performances including Carolyn Bracken’s dual performances as the twins.
Worst Parts
The movie has great scenes and creepy moments. However, some of them tend to hide more of what is going on. There is a lot of misdirection which can frustrate a certain series of events.
Final Thoughts – Oddity is a tense, atmospheric chilling tale.
