Octavia Spencer leads the cast in the first look trailer for “Truth Be Told” the upcoming crime drama series on Apple TV+.
The series is being executive produced by Reese Witherspoon and Octavia Spencer.
Octavia’s character is a famous podcaster named Poppy Parnell. She is called to investigate the case of convicted serial killer Warren Cave (played by Aaron Paul). The twist is, he’s a man she may have mistakenly helped put in jail- for a crime he may or may not have committed.
Truth Be Told premieres Friday, Dec. 6th on Apple TV+
