This is often overlooked when the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) is discussed. By providing adequate insurance to many more people, insurance with a cap on how much the insured person will have to pay, many (if not most) of these bankruptcies will now be prevented. This will help both debtors and creditors, and the entire economy.
