The National Youths Service Corps (NYSC) has said the Passing Out Parade for the 2018 Batch ‘B’ Stream 1 corps members will still hold on Thursday, 27th June 2019.
Naijaparry understands that the NYSC noted this in a statement on Tuesday where it listed the activities leading to the ceremony.
“I am delighted to inform you that the Director-General has approved the Passing-Out of the 2018 Batch ‘B’ Stream 1 corps members to be on Thursday, 27th June 2019,” the NYSC said.
“Please note that the Winding-up/Passing-Out activities should be low-key.”
It listed, below, as the programme of activities for the POP:
Tuesday , 25th June, 2019- Release of Passing-Out corps members by Employers.
Wednesday , 26th June 2019- Signing of final clearance by Zonal Inspectors.
Administration of Questionnaire (Form 48) on 30% of the passing-out corps members.
Thursday, 27th June 2019- Distribution of Certificates of National Service to deserving corps members at Local Government Level.
