New York Fashion Week kicked off yesterday and it’s getting a bit of a slow start….. with the “snowpocalypse” that hit NYC this evening. Luckily for Helmut Lang his collection got off with a bang, before the snowstorm took effect! Lang’s collection was inspired by Picasso’s “black and white period”. I’m so loving the black and white color palette and the geometric shapes in the fabrics. One brilliant artist inspiring a brilliant designer.
