OnePlus officials said that if the buyers are not satisfied with the performance of the 256GB storage version of the OnePlus 12R they purchased, they can apply for the return of the device. You have to contact the customer care department of your organization to submit the application. Now let’s talk about the conditions. According to Kinder Liu’s post, applications will only be accepted from those who complete the process of returning the phone by March 16. That means you can’t send back the OnePlus 12R model after the deadline, and have to be happy with the older version’s storage.

The OnePlus 12R smartphone features a 6.78-inch 1.5K (2780 x 1,264 pixels) LTPO AMOLED touchscreen. It uses ProXDR technology. The refresh rate of this display is 120 Hz and it supports Dolby Vision technology. Qualcomm’s flagship chipset Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 is used in the device. Up to 16 GB of RAM and a maximum of 256 GB of ROM will be available as storage. The device is powered by the latest Android 14 based OxygenOS 14 custom user interface. The front of the device is a 16-megapixel selfie camera. Moreover, for power backup, the OnePlus 12R phone has a 5,500mAh capacity battery, which supports 100W Supersonic charging technology. It does not offer wireless charging. The IP64 rated phone measures 163.3×75.3×8.8 mm and weighs 207 grams.
