One of two Talons is shown starting up prior to participating in a flyby to kickoff the performance of the Patrouille de France (PAF). These T-38’s are attached to the 9th Reconnaissance Wing stationed at Beale Air Force Base for U-2 pilots to maintain flight hours due to limited U-2 aircraft. First flown in 1959, the T-38 has been in service for over 50 years with its original operator, the United States Air Force. Nikon D500 w/ Tamron 150-600mm, processed with Aperture.
